What if I have 2 Camaros I can drive!

Actually, September really is a good month to do a meet like LBI since the crowds will be gone but it will still be nice enough. I can't remember if there are grills near the picnic benches up at Barnegat Light, but it's definitely a public lot.

You find a place we'll go. If it's cool enough I'll blow off baseball for the. (2 games today, argh!)

2 Camaros? What 'choo talking 'bout Jeffery?!?!?!?

wrong generation 09-19-2010 08:29 PM

hey nick and chris is sounds like the 3 of us need to start scouting a place in LBI.

Tru2Chevy 09-19-2010 08:37 PM

I'm surprised that Jeff isn't already pulling for the Ketch. :D

He was pulling for the North side actually, it surprised me too

The Ketch pretty much closes down the week after Labor day. There are several public areas on LBI but it might have to be a bring your own food thing. Barnegat Light has a couple of places to eat but I don't know if they would want to do a group.

I had 2 running/driving Camaros (and 1 non assembled Camaro) for a couple of years so why not do it again! :-?

I was speaking more of a relative term. I don't have any issues with it but get a bunch of people together with sports cars .... and well....

Ls1dreamin02 09-20-2010 04:51 PM

yeah i cruised up LBI to the light house in August. Its a great cruise and a great place for pics but You have to drive exactly the speed limit because cops are hiding all over the place. I feel like a lot of loud F-Bodys would bring A LOT of unwanted attention no matter what. I could see loud exhaust tickets in many of our futures. I just drove around down on LBI for a week and got pulled over once just because I'm young and in a Camaro. It sucks but they have to make money during this time of year its all they have. haha

That's why you don't put on a loud obnoxious exhaust! They don't make any more power than a proper aftermarket exhaust but they'll definitely attract attention. I had no problems on LBI with my old 2000 SS with longtube headers and Random Tech catback.
