I have a problem with it being called a mistake when he was a repeat offender and also had a DUI car crash once in his life already.. To me a mistake is when you mess up but you learn your lesson and change your way of life so that it doesnt happen again.

Saw on the news tonight that the police are going to investigate the bar and try to get the owner up on some charges.. Maybe they should since basically the whole bar was drunk driving that night aparently!!

This is stupid. Whole situation is completely ****ed up but think about the millions he touched and the thousands of people he probably saved from this exact death...

Maybe he thought he would be a better driver when he was drunk driving?? People like that really dont need to be on the road at all!!

It's no secret. Remember when he almost killed himself and Knoxville with a golf cart? I was on youtube yesterday and many video's chronicle his speeding habits including one when he was pulled over for 162..
