Forest ave in paramus. Lt1 TA with a newer style WS6 hood. Lowered on ZR1 rims and painted a SOM color!

sounds plausible. I recall passing a mid 90's dk green w/ blk top camaro by the Budd Lake diner. It was going really slow (perhaps they (you) were turning off somewhere. Traffic was heavy and was pissing me off.) Maybe I was going fast. anyhow..

Wednesday night. Outback Steakhouse in Wayne. White 3rd-Gen TA w/ black wheels, smoked tails, blue Phoenix on the hood, and no front plate.

Indeed, I've seen that car too! Saw it a while back cruising through the Bergenfield/Dumont area. SOM is a shweeeeeeet color.
