I saw a few fbodies there but I didn't recognize anyone so I didn't bother walking up to say hi.

If anyone from here was there who had the green LT1 Z? That seriously was one of the meanest sounding LT1's I've ever heard.

mystictealLT1 06-30-2007 01:56 PM

i went there, just not in my car but yeah the lt1 sounded awesome

that was mine :) , it was my first time out, I was talking to Matt01z28 from this board. I just got it on the road yesterday, I put a new TCI trans in on tuesday and did cooler lines, fuel lines, and exhaust friday. Also I found a few of my wires arching and now my driver side exhaust manifold gasket has a tiny leak so I have a small miss :(

It was pretty fun for my first time, I was hoping to see some more F-bodies though. There was a pretty sweet vortech supercharged mustang there, the owner Steve was pretty cool.

Frosty 06-30-2007 08:51 PM

Yeah I saw that, nice car.

I was the red C5 parked next to the blue C6 a few spots down from you.

That seriously is one of the meanest sounding LT1's man, good job :)

sleeperMULLET 06-30-2007 10:45 PM

thanks, I appreciate it.

i said maybe close to 500rwhp, I really have no idea, it has never been on a dyno, but it needs a dyno tune badly, just can't find anyone to do a OBDI LT1 dyno tune. I'm going to get LT1-edit so Bryan from PCM4less can send me tunes via e-mail. When I go WOT it just taps the rev limiter before it shifts, he set the limiter at 6100 and he said it starts shifts at 5900. I think I'll have him bump it up to 7000rpm :)

if the weather isnt like today then ill be there

bandit88 07-05-2007 06:09 PM
