tech inspectors arent supposed to be your mechanic. they're not gonna check the frame, the strut, door panel or anything else that might be falling off anyhow. the only thing out of those that may have gotten looked at anywhere are the tires, and most of the time as long as they're not dry rotted to hell or have cords poking through youre good to go
