The dyno time slots are first come, first serve, so you can decide when you get there. Anyone looking to dyno is going to want to get there early to get their name on the list since it looks like we are going to have a pretty big crowd.

I'm in :)

NJSPEEDER 10-25-2008 11:44 AM

Are you sure you will be able to make it over there? I mean, you have such a long commute from the office to the dyno. :p

What time? The primary reason I'm going is to dyno my car.

Rob "old skool" and I have discussed the possibility of a walk-a-lator because it's a hassle walking from one end of the shop to the other now :D

Savage_Messiah 10-25-2008 04:01 PM

I'm thinking, Tim, are you sure that's the best way for you guys to go? TPK to 46? Seems to me like there should be a more direct way

NJSPEEDER 10-25-2008 04:48 PM

I went up that way when I visited the shop. It was rather direct, only a few mins down 46 and the shop is just off the highway.

TTPMatt 10-25-2008 08:44 PM

GSP North (Exit 153B on left, Route 3 West) or TPK North (Exit 16w, Route 3 West)

- Travel 6 miles down Route 3, Route 3 becomes Route 46 West
- Travel another 3 miles to Paterson Ave/McBride Ave exit (Just past Kohls/Best Buy)
- Make Left at End of Ramp @ Light
- Make first right onto Cardinal Drive (About 1/2 mile just past little falls recreation center & baseball fields)

Go to end of block we are on left. Small private road... Was quiet at one time :D

TTPMatt 10-25-2008 08:55 PM

Hey guys...

What would you think if we also opened up the Snap On Aligner & Intercomp Billet Scales (Dead-on accurate) that day also? I can say Jay will be able to handle 6-8 full alignments during the day. We can go at a discounted price let's say:

2 Wheel Alignment $65 (Normally $95)
4 Wheel Alignment $85 (Normally $125)

Full Vehicle Weight, Including Balance Percentage Printout, with scale setup: $45

ALL ALIGNMENTS ARE DONE WITH DRIVER WEIGHT BALLASTED IN VEHICLE FOR PROPER ALIGNMENT.

Once again as many of you know, Jay is not a "green means go" alignment technician. He is a master recert'd ASE mechanic, 2 years @ TTP as lead fabricator, road race director (SCCA/NASA), suspension guru & many years working on SCCA/NASA minis & porsches.

Let me know maybe even Tim/Justin can add another list or two to the first page for us. 1- Alignment, 2 - Scale Weight

Anything else you guys would like us to try and offer a service to that day please let us know. I should be able to cater to full fluid changes (Motor, differential, trans), brake & clutch fluid upgrades with bleeding, and some other minor installations @ discounted rates.

NJSPEEDER 10-25-2008 09:21 PM

Added and done. :)

This is going to be one hell of a meet. Thanks Matt.

camaro2you 10-26-2008 08:53 AM

Might count me out on the dyno run...blew my built trans at the track friday depends on how bad it is and how fast I can work on it.

transamkid 10-26-2008 10:01 AM

im probably going to drive the 10 mins to get there ;) count me in

GP99GT 10-27-2008 06:55 PM

i just thought of something...wideband o2 on the dyno for a car with cats...hows that work out?

98tadriver 10-28-2008 04:37 PM

they shove the thing in the tailpipe and it gives a reading lol. dunno if the cats will throw it off much or not
