yes it was a joke. I was poking fun at the Chevy/Ford, Mustang/Camaro rivalries as sometimes they are pretty intense. As you and some others said all the car lovers and the number of cars there will probably keep the idiots from trying anything stupid. Besides the streets at Ross's corner are too busy for stupid showdowns. Though I would love to see that at Island where it is safe to do so and legal too.

there will probably be some stuid kids racing out of the parking lot but nothing major... its pretty bad.. i have a camaro and a mustang and mustang kids usually just wanna race around

Just got word that I have off alllll weekend for my first time in god knows how long. I am definately there. I will probably be bringing my friend with his 85 bird.

is anyone doing a cruise on rt 80 to get there

not sure long others are staying or arriving, but I'll be there 6-7ish. I have a wine tasting (sounds gay, but they are actually quite fun) in the afternoon and will head up after the giddiness wears off.

i'll be hitting 80W from the parkway (exit 159 off the parkway, exit 62 on 80).

when will you be posting where to park on the lawn..since i have never been there im not to sure where to go..and i should be bringing about two or three friends

NJSPEEDER and the owner of the Chatterbox should both be out in the parking lot directing cars. Just tell them you are there with the club, and they'll direct you where to park.

Weather as of now for saturday, partly sunny, 75F, rain comes later at night but its only a 30% chance overall looks great for you guys to get out and enjoy sussex county, especially those that are coming out for your first time meet.

This is my favorite meet being i grew up in hopatcong but now im in NC....
