Ive had a ton of cars and usernames for each car for just about every time frame, however, when i bought my 2001 Camaro SS brand new in aug '01, i made this one up for i believe LS1.com, then joined NJfbody with it around '02 or '03.
Smoking... because the car is hot, and smoked a little due to oil comsumption issues... and SS cuz its well, an ss duh....

other main names i have gone by before this one were WickedSTS(95 caddy STS 13.8 1/4mile) and BaDaSsRaGtOp(383 iroc vert). Over the past 8 years, ive used smokingss on basically every forum and account i can think of so it kinda has to stay now, thnk god i never plan on selling the car...

I'm Tru2Chevy pretty much everywhere, and I assume it's pretty much self explanatory. I came up with it my freshman year of college when I wanted a second AIM screen name to use when I logged on to AIM from class, without signing myself off of my computer in the dorm (back before AIM took care of that for you).

My original screen name from back in the mid 90's when my parent's first got AOL was BowTieGuy2. In one of the Chevy-oriented car mags I read, someone signed a tech Q&A letter "BowTieGuy", and I just liked it. The name confuses people on non-automotive sites because they don't realize it's named for the Chevy bow tie symbol, and not an actual bow tie.

i used to be MyFirstCamaro when i first got my v6 camaro. Now i just got my new camaro so i changed it to my first Z, of course as in z28 was debating on myfirstls1 or Z
