Right cause u cant go fast on junk parts...

Mike 01-20-2013 06:04 PM

There is no possible way the car has the proper cage and all the needed parts to run 8s for 30k. Junk parts or not

more than likely its just a really fast street car thats never been ran at the track but has raced other ''9 second'' cars on the street and won...so it runs 8's...for 30 grand. :nick:

:rofl::kneeslap::facepalm::bertstare:

see what i did there?:nick:

You mean try to troll? If so, yes, though the execution was poorly done at best.

Dudbird113 01-20-2013 07:12 PM

Wrong haha. Probally not the fastest hes run vs the notch but my friends seen him do high 8s. Hes got a faster setup now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zznTEGz1IU. And as u can tell no cage.

Mike 01-20-2013 07:19 PM

Lol you had me at Njr. A highly edited video with no times or traps is hardly proof

Mike 01-20-2013 07:20 PM

And why would you build a race car and not have a cage?

BonzoHansen 01-20-2013 07:31 PM

nice torch on the tank

Dudbird113 01-20-2013 07:33 PM

Cause its cheaper, just sayin u can build a fast car for basically 30g. People at njr are gay anyway. His new setup is faster

nope its called personal preference. you think spending 200k on a supra to run 8s is absurd. i would say thats more reasonable than spending a few grand on a six cylinder camaro.

stock bottom end LS record is 8.65. all that it takes is boost, fuel, and doing the work yourself.

Bottom end of a 2jz can handle 1000hp+ One of the most bulletproof bottom ends of a foreign car.

Torches are pretty popular for the underground racers, why i have no idea. Besides dont need a cage to run at the track, think on run what u brung or track rental they dont care.

I know a dude who runs 10.97 with a $4000 Nova. That's counting the car.
