Any american could have their job, but we feel we're "above" working those jobs. We, as a collective nation, do not want to work. we want everything for nothing. thats why we sell off our companies to other countries. We've grown too accustomed to being on the top of the food chain and not really having to go out of our way to be content. so what happens when things get tough? sell out!

sorry for the rant, but sometimes it pisses me off how lazy and apathetic Americans are.

Oh and Matt, congrats man, you're doing better than I am :hammer:

i agree completelty!!!!!

we have a Mexican dude working at my shop. we hired him just to clean up and stuff, and it turns out he was a proffesional welder in his country!! and for the record, this guy welds better than most people that went to school for it.

and that's the thing, he wanted to be in this country so bad, he went through all the stuff to become a legal citizen just so he could work here!!!!!!

and i got a new game.......get Ian a date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

turbo96z28 03-01-2006 11:22 PM

Its your stretch of highway, but you CAN NOT do whatever you want with it.

Yeah it's okay, Honda has plants in America so it's alright to buy their cars now

Thay are in charge of hiring workers at the ports, correct?

Oh and I needs me a date too :D 8-)

the only people they can hire arre people that have to do with their business. and their business has nothing to do with what comes in and goes out, they just manage what comes in and goes out. The US government still controls all the freight.

and no, buying a honda is not okay, because the money still goes overseas. that weakens our economy, not a good thing. America is stupid for letting other car companies build here. we ship our cars, they should have to do the same. free trade is a load of crap when the US is the only one playing by the rules.

When I was taking "intro to criminal justice" my teacher, a Hackensack Narcotics Captain, was telling us how sheep make good lovers and he has a blow up sheep in high heels.

Savage_Messiah 03-02-2006 01:50 AM
