anytime tim! I had a blast! good to see everyone again and a few people I have never met before.

rscamaro73 01-21-2006 05:09 PM

sorry

I wanted to go...forgot about it and volunteered (actually had no choice) helping move brand new kitchen cabinets for my mom in law....then went out with the family.

I have less than 30 days left here and I have 3 tons of crap left to do....haven't even BEGUN to pack or get the stuff I need, NOR the medical stuff....

And I'd say I'll try to make it to the next one, but I'll be in Tx on my way out.....of the country.....:usa:

ALLMACK 01-21-2006 05:35 PM

My first meet was a lot of fun, i cant wait to see you guys again in a month, and yeah it sucks about the pothole!!!
BTW The tune from my man bill foff667 was simply awesome, it feels like i just got a "supercharger" !!!!

JL8Jeff 01-21-2006 05:45 PM

Yeah, the weather was great and there was a good turnout of cars for a winter meet. Hopefully the weather will be decent in Feb.

Actually im from pennsville so I guess I could be a south rep too, I think the ideas of name badges or something along those lines would be cool,Normaly I am more socialble (I was a bit tired from getting up at 5.30am to get ready for my tune) But I couldnt help but wonder who was who !!! I am still learning usernames/avatars!!!!! But there was no question who "savage" was !!!
It was fun

That's good. Sucks that you were a victim of the biggest pothole in Ewing! Rich almost lost his muffler but he survived!

WayFast84 01-21-2006 07:14 PM

Who was rich? I knew there was 2 people who drove over the crater!

yeah, it was nice to actually talk in person with some people. last meet i was at i was in and out in like 15 minutes. some of these people are actually cool.

quick funny story: i was standing by the stage area talking with tim. kasey walks up, i introduced myself. he was on the stage. i said, dude, you're on the stage and still shorter than me. yeah, ha ha, funny.

just then, tim steps up on the stage (probably subconsciously) and it looked like he stepped up there just to be sure he was taller than kasey (kasey on the stage +/- tim on the floor).

stevethepirate 01-21-2006 07:15 PM

yeah, i heard him hit it, nasty sound.

the only problem with my tire was a tiny puncture on the sidewall, i wouldnt have noticed it if i hadnt bent over to look, and felt the air.

my dad ended up coming with the jack and lug key, so we stuck the spare on (which didnt have any air in it either...)
$180 later and its good as new... i dont think ill bother asking them to pay me back, just a big hassle. ill just remember that for next time!

Mike 01-21-2006 07:22 PM

that pothole was there last firkin meet, and it sucks i couldnt go, but jail owned me
