NOTES
The first six songs on this set are studio outtakes from 1972, because of a few clicks & pops I suspect they come from Acetates. The rest of the tracks are live from the Bank in New York, early 1972. The quality of these recordings is great and of great historical interest to any Dio fan and would also be of interest to any lover of good rock music.

Elf play a great live set consisting of their own numbers as well as a great selection of covers by such bands as Jethro Tull, The Faces, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Humble Pie, Black Sabbath and others. I wonder if Dio could have imagined while singing War Pigs in 1972 that in 8 years time he would be singing it again fronting Black Sabbath.
