Are we going to be allowed to pop hoods?

I have a feeling that this is going to ATTRACT ALOT of attention from passer-byers.

p.s we all gotta park the same; noses out and if possibly by year (would kick ass)... One good photos op. :D

Bring my friend to if his cars not back from the shop.

Im in Hackettstown, NJ. wondering if theres gunna be a cruise down there. If there's a group of people that wanna get together so we can cruise together let me know because im down. It would help greatly because im not to familar with the area.

hood popping will be absolutely encouraged and parking will have to be done on a as you get there basis. we don't really hve run of the lot to lay it out for our uses per say, we jsut have permission to use a portion of it.
i think it will still be a good chance to get a bunch of great pics.

anyone who can video there trip down or take pics please get a copy to justin or me, maybe we can put together a little vid from it :)

i know. i wasn't talking about those who had legitimate reasons for not showing. most people had the decency to say they wouldn't be there beforehand. but the 'excuses' that followed afterwards... :rofl: :rofl::rofl::rofl:

excuses like..i live in north jersey and if i want to go its going to take me 3 hours to get there.....i went to a meet there once..it was a good meet...then i went to a second one...and i saw 3 people.. it was such a waste...

yep. the 3 person meet is the one i was referring to. if you can't get the 'leader' to show up, what makes you think the others will? especially those that lived a good distance away...

water under the bridge, really. this meet will certainly be one for the books.

I will definitely let you know if I can go. If my friends hurry up and get this v6 camaro out of the garage by this saturday, then mine will be in there "getting an oil change". if that happens this saturday, then I will definitely be there on the 25th. If I have to reschedule my "oil change" for next weekend, then I can't go.

justin and i jsut paid a visit to the firkin tavern and talked to the manager, brian. everythign is set, we have use of the game room, they are goin to try to get a vcr/dvd player set up for us, and we will have servers until 11pm when kitchen closes.

Any chance you might try this further north? Like maybe at the Applebees at the 'Crossroads Shopping Mall' in Edison NJ?:cheers: It could be one of those, bring your Fbody if you like, or don't if you'd rather not

We will be having meets in different areas of the state each month. We have already made dinner and parking arrangements for the 25th, so we are not changing the location of this meet.

Check out the "rotating monthly meets" thread for info on upcoming meets.

Just spend an afternoon staring at the engine. Thats what I did, and I eventually figured out where to hide wires, and remove ones that had no connections. My engine bay went from looking like ****, to very clean. I just take a rag and polish everything up, so I can show off my Bling Chrome Valve Covers, Altenator, and Air-Filter cover lol

I hadn't expected that you could suddenly change the 25th Dinner gathering, but I did sort of figure you might be up for the idea of holding these get-togethers at various locations around the State. Glad to read that I figured right :D
