im probably going to start using just dumbells for this reason. i dunno i want to be somewhat cut, but at the same time i like being bigger. my bf is like 13% and im 175 at 5'9" is that bad? lol

madness410 03-28-2009 03:27 PM

sounds like you can tack on a few more pounds of muscle.

Ian 03-28-2009 07:22 PM

I used to do dumbell military press' with 55 lbs, I think I did it with 60 once.

I'm pretty skinny, I'm 5'11" and 162 lbs.

LTb1ow 03-28-2009 07:27 PM

LOL same height and I have like 40 lbs on ya. And I try to throw in a few sets of 50 lb dumbels military press every once in a while.

Anti_Rice_Guy 03-28-2009 08:20 PM

Ian, you think you're skinny? I'm 6'1 and 150. I haven't done the military press in a long time, but I believe I did 45s before.

I see a lot of weight gainer in your future + good food. That sometimes helps your body types.

You just need to pick a good one. Some of them constipate you and try to slow digestion in order to help you gain weight.

Ok, so I think I am finally going to stop taking superpump, I think I am addicted...

Anyways, can I cycle it with another type of nitric oxide supplement?

yeah how long have u been taking it again? sometimes its good to quit n.o. cold turkey for a few weeks.. when i stopped i was getting chest pains from it

LTb1ow 04-05-2009 11:15 PM

No pains or anything weird, just doesn't work like it used to.

madness410 04-05-2009 11:17 PM

yeah thats the reason why your body builds up a tolerance. if u quit it for like 4 weeks or so and start taking it again its like your body never took it. does that supplement work for u?
