Marines are evac'ing US citizens out of Lebanon as we speak. There is a Marine General, I belive, on all the big cable news channels talking. Sounds like they are talking about an anphibious landing...but I dont know if thats for evac or for attack.

How does going on vacation to a place you are interested in merit death by your own country's military? There are a lot of people who travel to Israel, yet I would not consider Israel to be in a safe or peaceful area.

it's called Darwin's Theory. Don't get me wrong I can appreciate wanting to go to your religious / ethnic background. I'm Italian and am dying to get an opportunity to see where my ancestors are from. BUT, if Italy was the site of a religious was for the entire time of its existence I'd be a little reluctant to go there. Now if there was a war and I was there and decided to stay and died, I would deserve what I got for being a DUMB ****.
