My devils game adventure (long but entertaining)
 

so i show up to this game in my rangers jersey. as were walking to our section i hear mutters of "rangers suck" so of course i come back with "3 goals in 90 seconds" which shut them right up

the best part was when i finally got to my seat. the game was scorless untill the second period, but meanwhile i had some devils fan that was sitting across and down a few ****ing with me, and when buffalo scored their first goal, it all went downhill from there. we went back and fouth harmlessly...for now.

it was all fun untill the third period when buffalo was winning. me and yacco (my friend) went crazy everytime buffalo scored which pissed off the kid that was near me, and eventually everything he said to me ended with me and yacco saying "scoreboard" as we pointed to the scoreboard to remind him how badly the devils were sucking and how we were enjoying every minute of it. he was saying how he wanted to fight me and **** after the game but he stoped after a while of ignoring him.

then some fat ass lady in a devils jersey started yelling at me to "go home" and "rangers suck" which of course i replied with "rangers are back in first place don't be mad your team sucks" the lady looked like she was going to eat me when she started screaming at me, as me and everyone just laughed at her while her husband tried to calm her down. it also didn't help that a **** load of sabres fans were in the section next to her. :rofl:

after the fat lady sang i noticed a fellow rangers fan and we were yelling back and fourth about being back in first place. this made the kid next to me pissed off again and he started back up with "im gunna kick your ass" which made me reply with "don't be a mad cause your down 3-0 and your team sucks" and i also said "3 goals in 90 seconds" which made him quiet again.

when the game was over, before i left my seat some drunken devils fan had to come over and start yelling at me about how the rangers suck, after the devils just lost and the rangers won in philly. he started to chant ******* at me, but he stoped after he realized noone else was joining him.

after we left our seats, some devils fans were yelling at some guy so i went over to the guy and said "dont worry their just mad cuz they lost first place and the game." then the devils fans starting calling me emo so i just walked away. on the way to the parking lot i saw a few rangers fans incluing a few young lads. i went over to the one kid in the rangers jersey and gave him a hifive, and as i go to walk away his brother goes "wait im a rangers fan too" so i gave him a hifive as well.

and finally leaving the parking garage i saw the kid who wanted to fight me so i honked at him and he started chasing me in my car, so i continued to honk at him and drove away. and that was my adventure at the devils game.

first place by 2 points with a two game lead. :shock: that's hard to do..

we should have swept buffalo because they only have the first place in their division

2 game lead, yes. but i believe the devils also played the rangers twice this year and blew both the games so that dosent really matter.
also, the rangers might of had an easy win, but their on a 4 game winning streak as well. and as for the loss to buffalo,well... theres no excuse for loosing :moon:

ehh rangers still suck, and if you wanna talk about the "past" remember the playoffs. :rofl:

or in 94 when the rangers came back down 2 games to 0 in the eastern confrence finals to not only beat the devils ,but to win the cup?
but no i dont wanna talk about the past, i wanna talk about the devils game i went to and thats all.

hey u brought up the past not me. whoopeee, rangers are in the first place for now. how is it gonna last? week, two? :lol: everyone knows they'll hit the ****ter soon, just like they always do.

A. why do i always wind up defending myself. cant you just post on topic, why do we have to dicuess whos better and who isnt. facts are facts. and the facts are rangers are in first with 2 wins over the devils this year

E. but if you wanna talk about easy wins.... for the devils winning streak, they played pittsburgh, the flyers twice, boston who are just as bad as the flyers

i was there too and was very drunk but had a great time makign fun of idiots wearin sabers jerseys. and wear a rangers jersey? thats the dumbest thign a have ever seen i dont get why the idiots like u wear them to a devils sabers game? Go to a rangers game and wear your jersey. Talk all you want about beign up 2 games... the palyoffs is what matters and well you no how that goes ;) We dotn give ya a chance

now if you will direct your attention to the chart you will see 4 players of the rangers in the top 20 goal scorers in the nhl, how many from the devils do you see? talk about not having talent.


and as for 3 goals in 90 seconds, lucky goals my ass. thats not even an argument, get real.
i mean i can come up with excuses too saying you only swept us becasue we didnt have jagr but like i said

and the devils lost last night and to both games to the rangers this year
which means rangers deserve first place more then the devils

o ok so jagr's goal where he ment to slap shot it but he just caught a piece of the puck and it got chipped into the air over the defenseman and in the net that was skill? he ment to do that right? no luck at all? yea ok what game where u watching? excuses jagr was out of the playoffs bc he was a little fairy and got hurt. Not only does he look liek a girl he acts like on too. And you said the rangers deserve first palce they are playing good but dont deserve first. And in the end like every season the rangers will be golfing while not haveing a cup for antoher year, but whats one more year when its alreay 13? devils will take first place again, hey maybee well even get the chance to sweep you guys agian. But no sure if youll even make it that far :)

I hate how fans associate themsevles as part of the team

we are part of the team we pay there salaries. i hate how somone has to post a dumb opion that brigns nothing but more controversy to our discussion.

the devils are still in 2nd place in the division, even without having players on that whole list...they dont need to rely on 2-3 players to have a good team.

stop trying to argue with the facts man, i mean im sure the devils have never scored a lucky goal but at least give some credit where its due like a real hockey fan would.
p.s u can throw the number 13 at me all you want, some teams havent won in decades, so honeslty it dosent bother me at all.

and matt you right, the devils dont need to rely on 2-3 players
they need to rely on one, and thats brodeur. without him the team is nothing. why do you think he starts almost every single game. i mean if i had one of the best goalies in the world i would start him almost every game too, but the fact of the matter still remains, without brodeur, their nothin

yea there nothing lol talk about being a hockey fan and giving credit? devils are the best defensive team in the nhl. thats goin a lil far saying there nothing. Ever game clemmensen plays we lose? i dotn think so ;) talkin to rangers fans about hockey are like talking to mustang drivers abotu f bodys ;) they think there always right and in the end they lose haha :)

hey well just have to see what happens the rest of the season and the playoffs. goin to jan 2nds game? tsar and i will be there, maybe well be able to rub a loss in your face :)
