yep i got video of it too. it was BAD for him. not so bad for me since i have a spare 10bolt to throw in tonight. i have video but not on the boards yet.

originally i thought i messed up my rear but then the noise sounded like it was right under me (trans :( ?) so i take the DS off and run it to 160 in 6th no noise or vibration. Thank god! turn wheels by hand and grindy grindy grindy she goes. swappin out tonight! 12 bolt will be in near future

Soon we will see the "My motor went Boom" post. 340HP on street tires (if from a roll) that rear should of been ok if set up right. Now if you had sticky tires on and did a 4K dump.. then maybe boom.

when i get back to vineland we should start making money off of these people that you hang out with.

7.5 10 bolts were never designed for a ls1. 8.5 would be better suited for the application

im on my second 10 bolt. 1st went after missing the 2-3 shift twice.

hell, I went through 4 of them in my LT1 back in 93-94...stock and lightly modded. weak ass rears

ron could have prolly done that too. but he likes to alternate trannies and rears. keeps the mainteneance schedule more entertaining.
