here we go again, trouble with the town

too much stuff again town is all over me, but now its worse, i have no place to put any cars, so now i need to chop 4 cars in the next week so all can be scraped on saturday, got to move the cars from my moms house, my dads house and mine ths really sucks, bennies suck, then i need to put 3 more in storage untill this blows over with the town, time to clean out the complete garage for 2 cars, it was all a matter of time,

firehawk1120 07-09-2007 05:49 AM

how many cars do you own and where do you live that it's the bennies reason for the town coming down on you?

shane27 07-09-2007 09:23 AM

tell your town that you can be as redneck as you want to!

ted lives in toms river and even here in forked river the bennys are a major problem. we had one that owns a house weekend house on the street flipping out because of all our cars trucks and motorcycles and the fact that we were using power tools and the air compressor at midnight. we keep telling this guy he can eather deal with it or sell his house and stop coming here. sense we are here full time and our other neighbors dont seem to mind us.

I think I'd be upset at hearing an impact wrench at midnight too. Cars in the driveway wouldn't bother me though.

Guess I'm just getting old. :-P

NJSPEEDER 07-09-2007 03:11 PM

put race car numbers on them and cal them "recreational vehicles". very few towns have rules limiting the number of them :)
or just put up a 6ft tall fence and roll them al into the back yard where no one can see without "invading your privacy".

WildBillyT 07-09-2007 03:15 PM

Start dealing meth. Then they can learn what a real problem is like.

at my moms house is on a dead end street the house at the end on the bay is up for sale, and so is the house acrossed the street,

at my dads house i have a 59 buick convert, its a mess, and the 84 race car roller, to bad its going to be chopped, and a 89 formula 350 convert, which is in ortley beack between rt 35 north and 35 south,

at my house there is a totaled and mostly stripped 91 trans am 98% ready for the bone yard under a car cover on the car trailer,, still need to cut up a 89 camaro roller in back yard waste of a good hardtop car, and a mess of a 91 firebird under car cover in drive way all parts cars, then i have all of my other cars, and the newest car i got was a 5-speed 86 trans am traded for lots of parts, need to sell that one dont want to cut it up but if i must,

hell every weekend the cops are called to the house down the road, domestic stuff,

WayFast84 07-09-2007 06:17 PM

Why dont you save some of the cars you have and sell them real cheap on here and tgo, Take a hit, dont kill cars because you need to get rid of them, Pics of the 89 formula vert? price? specs?

88Z-Man 07-09-2007 06:34 PM

Hey, does the rear hatch window on the 89 have defrosters on it? I'm looking to replace the hatch glass on my 88 and need one with factory defrosters on it. If so, when your ready to chop let me know I'll take the glass.

please?

Raist103 07-10-2007 12:08 AM

i know how you feel i get the cops here monthly about the cars so what did i do i went and registered all of them. it costs a little each year but f the neighbors i will have as many cars as i want and most are very nice. btw if they are reg and you want to keep them here no problem with me just keep the reg up to date and we will be all good. and i have a 6' fence and it does not matter they call anyways.

Bandit 07-10-2007 12:49 AM

Some towns have limits on the amount of cars on a property. Manchester (town next to Toms River) 5 cars allowed on the property.

Yeah make sure they are registered.. They can tow your car even on private property if not registered. or if it leaks oil, gas or anti freeze. Then you get hit with DEP fines.

ted gerlach 07-10-2007 04:53 AM

the camaor will be parted out this weekend not sure if sat or sun,

as far as the 89 formula 350 convert goes i moved it into storage last night, i have had that cat 7 years and have not put it on the road yet want it perfect, and yes its an original car with all paperwork even dealership paperwork,

all cars are reg and insured and there is a 10 day limint on a parts car thats why all cars i get need to be gone in 2 weeks, but i got too many at one time, and now have had a couple cars here for 4 weeks now, so they have to go, i would rather strip and have parts and a chance to get my money back then lose the monet i payed for them,

WayFast84 07-10-2007 07:47 AM

so you are or are not selling the vert?
