SteveR 11-23-2007 09:06 PM

Do you remember the name?

caratemymoney 11-23-2007 09:16 PM

No, I sold it to someone named Colin 3 years ago, and he sold it to someone in NJ a year or two ago

Blacdout96 11-23-2007 09:25 PM

I....I cant help but actually like that hood, idk why. I still prefer the L-88 hood for them. Late 2nd gens FTW!!! I miss mine so much, if I could fond one with floors in it for once and a decent price, id get it

caratemymoney 11-08-2008 10:07 AM

I know the VIN if there's any way to find the current owner thru that

BonzoHansen 11-08-2008 10:55 AM

Never saw it. I'd remember that hood.

I've seen 2 different late 2nd gens in Hamilton recently - blue one like BTK's but with no spoiler and a gray one that sat too high and I think was a V6 car with dual exhuast. In good shape though.

caratemymoney 03-06-2009 06:06 PM

Contact the NJ DMV. With the VIN and a small fee they can give you the current owners contact info.

Mark B 03-07-2009 12:12 PM

Give me the VIN... I have a carfax account. I could probably atleast give you the town it was titled in.

Actually, I don't think they do this unless you are in law enforcement and have a valid reason.

Pretty sure that's illegal to do on their part.

Mark B 03-15-2009 10:03 AM

I did it a few years ago trying to track down my first car. 1991 Firebird. Turned out that I was sent to a junk yard and nobody had ever titled it. So it was still in my name according to the DMV.

SteveO_87TA_NJ 03-15-2009 06:39 PM

yeah...that hood if very distinct. Never saw one like that before. Pretty cool. Where'd it come from?

SteveO

caratemymoney 05-16-2009 02:20 PM

I have no idea, it came off a parts car
