i have experienced 2 delicious things this weekend

Captain morgan now comes in 100 proof, and Blue Moon is the most delicious beer ive ever tasted

discuss

LTb1ow 09-21-2008 09:44 PM

Blue moon is teh gross. Too sweet. And 100proof? Worth it?

GP99GT 09-21-2008 09:45 PM

a fifth was only like $3-4 more than regular captain...and yes, worth it.

and blue moon is delicious. no orange for me though

LTb1ow 09-21-2008 09:47 PM

I tried the Smirnoff 100proof and it wasn't that much better. I shall try this though.

enRo 09-21-2008 09:49 PM

True story. As far as Amstel is concerned, I'd rather drink weasel piss. Thank you Sal

sweetbmxrider 09-21-2008 09:50 PM

GP99GT 09-21-2008 10:08 PM

blue moon is actually brewed by coors/molson....interesting

BigAls87Z28 09-21-2008 10:26 PM

Blue Moon is amazing. Sam Adams Summer Ale is great, but the new Octoberfest is GREATESTS!!

you should prob tell blue moon that because they describe it as...and i quote "Brewed with white wheat's and oats, Blue Moon features a crisp wheat finish and the perfect combination of orange peel and coriander. Bring out Blue Moon's natural spices by serving it in a Pilsner glass with an orange-slice gamish."

but Beergasim = brilliant adjective for a great beer. Im gona use it somewhere somehow and u cant stop me

Savage_Messiah 09-21-2008 10:44 PM

Gotta be honest. Had an Oktoberfest tuesday night... didn't really care for it this year

NJ Torque 09-21-2008 11:14 PM

Octoberfest.... yes, great...

Shock Top is good stuff.....brewed by A. B., but don't let that stop you from trying it out.
