my friend is luckkkky

The other night, my friend was driving his Nissan Sentra SER up by TCNJ. (he goes there, and I don't, so I'm not sure what highway he was on.) Anyway, after stopping wherever he was going in Trenton, he realized his tire was going flat, so being the bright guy he is, he heads back to school driving very, very fast. A state trooper clocked him going 138mph, and pulled him over. After screaming at him and telling him how he shouldn't even have a license, the cop let him go with a WARNING! I couldn't believe it, but the kid lucked out BIG TIME.

I95 most likely, im glad he didnt hit anyone i know.

Dam shame he didn't die. Darwin FTW!

138 on a tire going flat? Keep that guy away from an electrical outlet. He's liable to put pennies and a fork in it...

Wow. Just wow.

FlyingDutchman 04-13-2009 09:00 PM

Mike 04-13-2009 09:08 PM

LTb1ow 04-13-2009 09:15 PM

Speed limit on I95 is 65 right?

How the hell could he get off with a warning going twice the speed limit. WTF. Ugh

you seem closer than me, i did a quick google for the 140, but its still fast for a car whos "biggest flaw" in the eyes of the magazines was "too short gearing"

he has the new bodystyle ser with a cvt i think. I don't know if their capable of 140 though

madness410 04-13-2009 09:32 PM

dam im going to have to call BS on this one. i have no idea why a trooper would let him off with a warning having put not only his life in danger but other drivers on the road. kid needs to learn a lesson...

provided that he DID get a warning and WAS goign 140, im thinking he has one of those gold cards or the trooper mistook him for a very attractive woman

BigAls87Z28 04-13-2009 09:43 PM

Even a Gold card, double the speed limit gets you a ride home in a cruiser.
The new SE-R has 200hp out of a 2.5 4cyl I belive.
Doing that speed on a flat tire, and getting pulled over by a cop, and getting off scott free...take him to AC or Vegas asap.
In reality, its BS and you should throw his head through a plate glass window.

sweetbmxrider 04-13-2009 09:49 PM

hahahaha that tire would have blown out before he went 5 miles at such a speed. kick your friend in the kidneys till he bleeds when he pisses. then call bs.

miketa95 04-13-2009 09:53 PM

i asked him to explain better. He said he ran over some glass, so he pulled over and heard air leaking out, so began to speed right away before it ran out of air. After the cop pulled him over it apparently went flat. And he still insists the rest of the story is true so idk.
