The pricing is a bit confusing, so It's 20 per person for the day spectating, then $5 to park per person to park regardless? So essentially $25 per person for the day?

Blackbirdws6 08-05-2013 07:37 AM

Anyone going to be attending besides Bear and I?

$20 to spectate and $5 to park a car. It's not $5 per person to park unless each person is taking their car.

Zorns will probably be with me

Kind of a shame considering they are on two separate weekends.

IDK. I can tell you for me I really dont feel like sitting watching. I would much rather go there on the days that you can actually race your own car around the track. NJMSP is cool but most of us go to Atco down here to race or watch as its 15.00 to race and 10.00 to spectate. The Roadhouse meet is nice because we hang out for a couple hours and afterwards we cruise to the shore or other car shows around the area. Its usually very nice weather.

I think we plan on BBQ, but since no one has really responded, that is kind of out.

I think this is more fun than going to the drag strip. That is the same ole same ole. Lemons is funny because of the themes and then you also get to see all the road course action, crashes, parts falling off cars. You can go to many different points around the track to watch and you can walk around the pits and see how the crews are doing things. Plus there are other things that happen behind the scenes. This is a lot more to see than a day at the drag strip

As of today, they are calling for guaranteed rain during the middle of the day for Saturday. Sunday is likely the better option but is anyone besides who posted interested in attending?

Blackbirdws6 08-09-2013 02:23 PM

Looks like the forecast got a whole lot better so it should be a nice day. I will be there in the G8 with a few others.

Yes for Saturday and negative on the BBQ. If you are bringing one, I can pull some stuff together but it looks to be a small group. My Dad and sister will be tagging along with me.

PolarBear 08-09-2013 03:54 PM

I dont have anything for BBQ, I guess we will just hit Wawa on the way down.

sweetbmxrider 08-09-2013 04:51 PM

Ya I don't have a way to haul **** down there, mostly a grill.

Does this meet count towards the attendance race?
