Bachelorette here since November 2002 (Will doesn't count, we were never gf/bf)...freidns with benefits (when one party doesn't lie the entire time) is the best way to go! ;)

i'll agree with you, most guys are douche bags. one of the last women i dated actually accused me of dishonesty and a bunch of other stuff i didn't do because i didn't call her when my brother landed in intensive care in the hospital, and a few weeks later i cancelled a date because i got in an accident with my car. She didn't even believe me until i sent her a picture of the car. no doubt because she was used to guys who are liars and cheaters. even though i told her to get lost, I can't blame _just_ her because I'm fully aware how a lot of guys are. I still don't like the fact that she assumed I'd be the same and judged me based on some other ****er's actions. I'm banking on the fact that I'll eventually find a decent woman who hasn't been burned big time by some **** bag before. Because I'm sorry, but I'm not going to tiptoe around someone and humor their inappropriate actions and pre-judging because they're confusing me with some ******* based solely on my gender.

goddamn, well put well put. yeah, same thing happened to me but i was accused of cheating numerous times when my female cousin came to hang out, she didint believe that she was my cousin and wed goto the mall cuz my cousin wanted to =\

thats kind of rough to generalize all guys that way..... i could make the same conclusion about girls based on the **** they've put me through in the past (cheating, lying, etc) , but what good is that going to do ? :?

just try to keep your head up and understand that there are some guys out there worth your time.

Let's see... my name's Jon and I've been single for 2 years to this month. Been a ruff ride. Guys aren't all the same, some act on their thoughts while others have self-control. Some are honest and open, others are suclusive and polite all the time. Some are meatheads, others are nerds, a few of us are imbetween. Depends on compatability and if every other guy/girl you met you were compatible with we'd have the population of india in New Jersey! It's all for the best. (ending lecture mode).... Being single sucks.

i see this by choice though as im sure there are 100 guys hitting on you every time you step out the door...and ive seen this first hand.
