1991 Firebird Formula 350

Name: Ed Kozinski

This is my 1991 Firebird Formula in Bright Red (code 81) with the L98 350 Corvette motor Performance Enhancement Group of which only 1,196 were built. I bought it when it was 3 years old and street drove it for 3 more. During that time I did sub contractor work for Miller Pontiac/Cadillac, so getting SLP parts and other items were discounted quite a bit. I took it off the road when there was a severe winter and I could not get out of my own driveway. I bought it with 32,000 miles and now it just turned 60,000 miles. All the performance items are bolt-on, that means no internal work! Listed below is a detailed list of all the work done.

I also have a Collector Car Registration Sticker and Grundy Collector Car Insurance which costs me $275.00 a year and it is covered for $20,000 in case of a total.
My Vanity Plate says SHOWCAR and does quite well at most JUDGED car shows.
It was photographed by the editor of Pontiac High-Performance Magazine this past November at ATCO and should have a featured article within the next 6 months. It was featured by GM High-Tech Performance Magazine about 12 years ago and has been in most of the articles for Pontiac Day @ Raceway Park, where I have taken the P4 Drag Racing Class 3 out of the last 6 years.

Thanks to all if you read all of this and I hope it gives you a better idea of the amount of work it takes to get a car to this point and all the small items that you may not notice!

Having seen this car in person, pictures do not do the cleanliness of this car justice.

Keep it up Ed!

Right now the Bird is sleeping under a flannel car cover (which has become a storage shelf for our Christmas junk) and it would take about 4 days to dig it out. I don't know who the imposter is, but my Bird ain't going nowhere soon.
