Has anyone done one? I want to keep my heat in the car. Does the entire dash have to come out? My main concern is how much work is involved.Thanks

Only if you want to get rid of evap core and put a plate in. There were decent write ups, don’t know if they still exist. Main thing was opening up some plastic to allow more airflow from fan to heater core. By design, air flows from fan to evap core to heater core. That and sealing things up decently. Not a difficult task, just time consuming.
