wheels for a 4th gen

quick question I have a set of 17 inch wheels located, they have tires on them sized at 225 45 17 with the standard 5X4.75 lug pattern.
so would these fit a 4th gen bird or would I just need to stick them on and see.

you need 5x4.75

well I don't have a 4th gen at this moment and have no way to tell.
here is a picture of the wheels.
besides them being dirty they might be an upgrade over some salad tossers IMO,and I was wanting to see if any one knew any way to tell if they would fit if there was any type of measurements that could be taken.
and yes it is 5x4.75 I just missed hitting the "x" key in my first post.
I am probably going to toss them in the for sale section.

I took a quick glance at them and didn't notice anything I'll take another look today.

updated my first post with the details found, they are from a 02 jaguar X type
and for those that have been asking I got the wheels from my job at sears auto center, they have been sitting in the back for a month or so now and my manager asked if any one wanted them before he tosses them in the dumpster.
2 have minimal curb rash no major dings,2 are in good condition.
2 tires are almost new with 8/32 of tread left and the other 2 are almost bald at 2/32

Jags used to run 5x4.75 bolt patterns. Not sure about newer ones.

I would try to find some backspacing info on them, or at least take a measurement and post it up.

Need to know the offset, if they will fit over the center hub. Need to know then just the bolt pattern.
