Attachment 8781Started this build back in 2012.. due to an incredible amount of money needed to do this project its almost complete. Not to mention a flaw that everything had to be fabricated nothing is made for this platform.

Name your price. There's a psuedo-Santa Clause running around here that's ready to give up a kidney.

Blackbirdws6 11-16-2016 12:26 PM

Danimal 11-16-2016 03:40 PM

only video on youtube its old. haven't updated things in a while. been lazy ill add more soon. didn't even know this guy was recording me haha pardon the tired old lt1 with 200k not much tire smoke and cut eibachs...was before coil overs

Danimal 11-16-2016 04:06 PM

to be honest i've cut off wheeled, sawzaw'd, torched, and ripped out absolutely everything on this car that is not structurally needed. Its got maybe 6 wires total to make the car work. 2 race seats and a roll cage. thats it. still have factory glass and power winows..ive filled a pickup bed with what ive taken out and multiple garbage cans. wire harness, metal tabs supports, wipers linkage and cowl, you name it its gone

Jersey Mike 11-16-2016 04:10 PM

How much more weight are you trying to take out of it at this point?

ar0ck 11-16-2016 06:28 PM

Love it! Keep up the good work! I was actually just thinking about if anyone was drifting these cars anymore.

Danimal 11-17-2016 07:42 AM

would like to lose another 200 lbs. so lexan is next.. lighter wheels, and to start cutting the rear floor section/hatch well. I rather not build a car thats 600 hp and stress it with a heavy car. the GMPP ZZ430 crate motor i have in it now makes great tq/hp so until it pops ill keep the cars diet up. eventually a high hp high rpm sceaming n/a motor will go in.

V 11-17-2016 08:00 AM

When I did my lexan rear window, I also cut the inner layer off the bottom of the hatch and installed hood pins since the latch point was now gone. You still keep the hinges. It made the hatch frame itself a little lighter. You can also lose the hatch struts then. I also used an aftermarket SS spoiler since they are lighter than the oem ones. The pins were hidden the under spoiler but still could easily be opened.
