welcome to the site, nice 2nd gen you have there

BigAls87Z28 04-16-2007 09:16 PM

BTW, please remove that air cleaner thing before it melts down into your carb and destroys the engine.

Knipps 04-16-2007 09:16 PM

:wavey: that's one beautiful 2nd gen

welcome.

linkitup79 04-16-2007 09:17 PM

so far it's the only one i could stuff under the hood

BigAls87Z28 04-16-2007 09:20 PM

Hrm...what kind of intake do you have? Spacer? I have no problem with clearance, but I have a regular Edelbrock performer intake.

BonzoHansen 04-16-2007 09:21 PM

Woo-hoo, another 2nd gen!

linkitup79 04-16-2007 09:29 PM

GM performance Aluminum Dual Plane, no spacers i have a air cleaner that drops down and covers the carb but kills the apearence.

No way, use the other A/C. Those are known to catch fire. We can't lose any more 2nd gens!!!!

then i would use the ugly one to drive the car with and pop that one on at shows when the hoods open, i dont know much about carb motors but aparently that air cleaner is notorious for catching fire

btw, welcome
