LT1 Dyno Tuner?

I have a 95 LT1 that's stock as far as electronics, but I've got a cam, ported heads, and long tubes. I'd like to get it dyno tuned as the current tune it has doesn't seem like it's running 100%.

Is there anyone in NJ or within ~3 hours that can dyno tune an LT1?

I called Tune Time and they told me no. EFX looks like he's out of business. I left a message with Corvettes of Westchester. Anyone have any ideas?

RIP efx tuning. From what I researched it's mostly remote tuning for our cars in this area I never found anyone local

Years back, Bryan Herter at PCM For Less dyno tuned my 95 at what is now PSR Performance in Pottstown, PA. Might be worth reaching out, website didn’t have much info.

Mail order is likely the best you will do. I'm sure you don't want to spend the money but another option is to convert to another PCM (0411 LS1, Holley). Plenty of folks around to tune those systems.

Good news, I spoke to Corvettes of Westchester and he said he does do LT1s. I'm going to try to get over there later this week and see what happens.

I said "I have a 95 LT1 Camaro, can you tune it?" and they said "We can't, not if you don't have an LS swap." and then hung up.

I've considered doing that if my opti goes out (again).

That looks like a good option except he's in Oklahoma.

I'll try asking them if CoW doesn't work out. I've read a lot of posts that Herter tunes LT1s and a lot more saying he doesn't do it anymore.

If it was running on the combo you listed, it means your cam isn't very big so a mail order tune is probably all you need. A full dyno is gonna be a large expense at very little gain.

Imo of course

I would agee a mail order tune should be fine.

If you want to try to get every HP out of it, Then check with JSperformance. Josh should be able to help or know if KAT still does them. They did mine, was a bit complicated with my setup and the dyno was NOT CHEAP and we used it for a good 2 hours. then had to do some "late night tuning"

brandon strong can tune that fine.
