Rock auto customer service
I recently placed a order with rock auto and there was a little bit of a mix up with something. Given it was something that was only off by one part number I figured it was a just a simple mistake. So I called and explained to the situation to the customer service rep on the phone. I don't remember her name but she was very helpful and my correct part should be on the way today. I have bought a ton of stuff from them and this is really the first screw up but did good by it. I didn't even have to argue at all. top notch company

I've ordered a good amount of parts from them and they have always been helpful. Had a few mix up's and there was no issue retuning the parts. The local place I deal with is hit or miss with their pricing.

I just saved $100 on the exact same parts over using Advance Auto! The 5% code knocked off half of the shipping costs.

I always "get a piece of the Rock!" They are the first place I order from if I don't need the part like "now." Never had a prob w/ those cats.
