Only bass coming from rear speaker?
as some guys know i had my car gone for a while getting a new head gasket, when i got the car back about 2 1/2 weeks later, my alpine speakers in the back seats did not play vocals, only bass. i checked all fuses, and wires everything seems to be fine. tried the speaker in a friends car and it played. the audio guy in newton told me it was blown tweeters, but obviously not if it played in another car. any ideas?

same thing happend in my car. i spend forever going threw the wiring mess from the other owner and still didnt get it to work. i eventually ripped all the aftermarket stuff out and just went with stock speakers and a aftermarket Headunit just to have ipod connectivity and wired it all.

no lol i took all the after market stereo that was in the car out and replaced it with stock stuff and just wired it all in.
befor i went with the entire redo of the sound system i did try to find out why it only played bass, and i could not come up with why. |

No issues with Par Troy here either nor have I heard anything bad about them. They usually help me out with advice even if I don't end up buying anything from them. |
