OE Shock Replacements

Looking at replacing the shocks in my truck with basic stuff.

Regular monroe gas magnums, which RA calls "heavy duty", ~$30 a piece

Or monroe reflex light truck, which RA calls "increased handling/perf", ~$35 a piece

Between the two, is the more expensive one worth it? I can't seem to find a glaring difference between the two.

Isn't your truck diesel?
