Front coil over help

I'm looking for some help with choosing the right front coil over springs for my car. I currently have Hotchkis 1" drop progressive springs with a spring rating of 285-525 lbs. I never liked the feel of the springs but put up with it for years.
I'm not into corner carving but like to take the car to the strip occasionally. My car is a V6 which came with front springs rated at 223 lbs. I would like to get back to the original ride so I figured I would choose either the QA1 275 lb spring rate or the Viking 250 lb rate. Any help with experience with coil overs much appreciated.

i have qa1 with 275 springs ( for drag racing) and its def light until you tighten the shock all the way up and even still feels a little loose. im not that great with suspension stuff but i would think you would want a 300-325 but dont quote me on this at all !
