Where Is The Oil Pressure Sending Unit on a 305 TPI?

I can't find it for the life of me....My friends was right around his oil filter...when I went to find mine it didn't seem to be their....any ideas? Am I missing something here?

It's one of 2 places, i can't remember off hand. It's either on the passenger side of the block, or it is right near the distributor.

it is probably on the back top of the block, right behind the intake manifold, to the drivers side of the distributor.

Paul is right, should be up top by the distributor. On a TPI car, the one down by the oil filter is the fuel-pump shutoff switch - no oil pressure, no fuel.
