Name that muffler!
So dad has no idea what muffler he had put on the car, and it's been bugging me all along. It says made in Mexico.
Not that it really matters but it's got a high flow cat too. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...1/DSCN6625.jpg Two videos I have of it. Old but it sounds basically the same. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v5...t=Rides068.mp4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psii9xEtBsQ |

Sounds and looks like it could be an Aerochamber. I have two under my car that look almost exactly the same.

Midas has/had a range of mufflers that looked like that, Ravens. They werent that bad.
|
I am going to go out on a limb here and say flowmaster american thunder.

I still say Aerochamber - here's one on my car. The welds on the sides of the case and seams look pretty similar.

I tend to agree with you Steve as I had the same exhaust as you on my monte ss
|
Saw an Aerochamber in person today, I definitely dont think its a Hooker muffler. Im not sure Nick, who cares? Haha

I want to know what's on the car, that's why. I remember dad had originally said he thought it might be a Continental muffler?
