Chatterbox Cruise 7/21
 

Hello everyone
Its hard to believe how fast time flies but its been a year since we lost our friend and fellow Camaro enthusiast Jerry Schmidt who owned the World Famous Blue Maxi Camaro.
Last year we did a cruise to the Chatterbox after his funeral service and I originally intended in making it a yearly thing in his honor. Now with the news we're losing the Chatterbox, it seems the First Annual Blue Maxi Chatterbox Memorial Cruise sadly, will be the last. It looks like we will have a good turnout and I hope to see those of you who attended last year as well as some who were unable to make it.
This is an OPEN INVITE to anyone who wants to do the cruise from the Wyckoff car cruise location to the Chatterbox.
Feel free to PM if you have Q's.

We will take the SAME posted route starting in Wyckoff NOT the funeral home in Clifton.

Well, for us old timers who do not use facebook, this thread is less then helpful :(

I'm not on FB either but so many people asked me to put up the page last year to coordinate Jerrys funeral I did. I planned on taking it down but I've received responses on that page from last year right up to this day so I never took it down.

If you want to get in at the beginning:

We will be meeting at 1- 1:30 on Saturday July 21 at the Cedar Hill Reformed Church in Wyckoff. It is located 1/4 mile off Rt 208 on Cedar Hill Ave in the parking lot where the Wednesday night cruise is held.

I'm getting lots of interest in this so it should be a great turnout.

Apparently the news of the Chatterbox closing has been spreading and its attracting cars from different states who are getting their last chance to visit before its gone for good. We're fortunate enough to have it in our backyard so lets not miss this opportunity to make a good showing because we may not get another!

I am a maybe. I'll have to see how my week/weekend schedule winds up. hope to make it though!
