New Best...My Quest for 9s

Went to the infamous (and my first time) No Dam Excuses rental at MIR last week...

I'm still learning the car and need alot of work on my launching technique....

I have owned the car for a year now and have been to the track 3 times and each time I have added more power..... starting at 530 then 630 and now currently 680

anyway here is my best pass

60'... 1.760
330.. 4.573
1/8... 6.842
MPH.. 107.83
1000... 8.793
1/4..... 10.408
MPH... 140.72

DA 400'
temp 68*

With MORE seat time and with (what I feel) a 1.50-1.55 60' I think a 9.9 is very possible

Looks like the DA could have been better but I'd agree 9's are well within reach with a better 60'. Any more racing this year?

Very very strong MPH!

Which cam is in the car?

heavy_chevy29 11-26-2016 03:33 PM

With that mph you should be well into the 9s. That 60ft is what's holding you back. Get a good drag radial or slick and more seat time and you'll get that 9 sec pass.
