A New Canvas
Recently sold my 92 for something that was 100x cleaner. Thankfully it had been recently painted so i and started with something great. I wont be doing much but i am going to make it what i wanted my 92 to be. New car is an 87 GTA.

Dropped the car off at fischer auto body to get the fiberglass spoiler color matched and the flaking paint on the roof fixed. Hoping all goes well.

idk its just something thats always bothered me. Ive down pumps several times on various cars with no lift and i always dropped the tank. I dont mind it really.

So was the car originally red? Or someone painted the floors? Or something else?

Coincidentally both my GTA's were originally red. someone painted my other one black. According to the PO of this one, it was painted Gunmetal in 2015

Had a friend of mine notch a spare kmember that i had for more oil pan clearance. I drove three years without a notched K and it held up fine but this is just something i would feel better about. 1.5 in was removed from the back.

I'm gonna wire wheel it and paint it black. I'm using rustseal paint which is pretty thick. Should hold up

Got my harness back. I had it converted from plug and play for my 92 to plug and play for my 87. "pocket" on thirdgen.org or jon glasscock on fb made it. He does great work.

Had a buddy of mine weld in some SFC to stiffen things up. later on down the road ill be doing an inner set to go with these outers.

Spent some time wire wheeling the kmember. Soaked it in RUSTBLAST and rinsed it off. Ready for paint.

Wanted to take the tq arm off the trans so I had a member of one of the FB groups im on make me one. Adjustable too! When it arrives in a few days ill hit it with some paint and it should be good to go.

Kmember is pretty much finished will install the springs with the brakes once it's mounted
