TA girdle torque specs?

How tight should I make the preloaders for the main caps? tighten till they touch then another 1/4 turn? 1/2 turn?

edit: nvm foudn it... 5 ft/lbs as per TA's site... delete this

ok, in that case they also say 25 lb/ft for the regular cover bolts
