1995 power seat issues

I have a driver power seat that is stuck closeup to my steering wheel because my wife drove it and the power motor died. I went to remove the seat and took out the 2 rear seat bolts but i cannot get to the 2 front ones because the rails that the seat moves forward and back on are in the way. How can I get to these bolts??

You can't get to them with an open end wrench?

When you do get it out check the switch operation too. The 4th gen seats I put in my 77 had a burned fwd/bkwd motor too, ended up the switch was stuck in the fwd position and burned the motor up
