Nitrous made me do it
I seem to have melted my piston rings. I decided while the motors out to replace it with an ls3 stroker and go n/a for a while. Gonna be down for a while but I will be ready for Racewars!

That sucks but I feel compelled.
http://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/...8ksotcbp1l.jpg What are the full specs on the new LS3? |
Ha! I was disgusted at first but now I'm anxious on getting the new motor.

Starting with a new GM LS3 block, new ported LS3 heads. Callie's comp star 4.000" stroke crank, wiseco pistons, Manley H beam rods, arp bolts. Just off the top of my head

Most of the time, there is a timing issue and not a fuel issue... but I may be wrong.
Your car was cam only, right? |

How many passes did you make on that 100 shot. You have me 2nd guessing myself now. I have kit hooked up just waiting to hit the button. Did you spray it on a dyno the 1st time?

I was gonna have TTP put in a nitrous tune for me so I'm sure they will adjust everything as needed. Thanks for the heads up tho. Good luck with your Ls3 build. There's an LSA for sale on CL for $9500

Timing brakes parts. If you went lean, normally it doesn't make power... its not nearly as bad as too much timing. Quote:

If you want, a sunday or a day when you can, do some runs and pop the plugs out to make sure everything is okay. |
sorry to hear that
