Trans plate question...

Ok my question is if they make a plate or something to make a pontiac 350 trans work with a chevy 350 motor? I have a mildly built 350 with like 425 hp. But the oil filter and starter are reversed from pontiac to chevy. Anybody know anything? That would be my cheapest route otherwise if not im going to rebuild the t56 from the 93 and convert the car to manual. Thanks.

On Friday night the distributor decided it wanted out and blasted the shaft out of the cap. It pulled the oil pump shaft and gear with it and now that rests on the came. The gear on the bottom of the dist. shaft is somewhere inside the motor. I can't even get the oil pump shaft n gear back where it belongs I think the dist gear is broken and underneath that.
