Nice numbers but what's up with the curves?

sweetbmxrider 06-15-2012 07:11 AM

They are graphed differently.

greenformula92 06-15-2012 07:43 AM

I meant the shape of the one curve looks odd.

Thats the nitrous kicking on, obviously a little 5.0 couldn't make that much power NA.

 Nice numbers, don't blow this one up

Yea. It's probably because the graph itself isn't formatted wider. I've seen the dips before but just seemed more significant.

Smoothing on 5 is pretty typical. Just asking the question and not knocking the numbers.

.

Thanks. I'm no pro looking at things like this.

What does the A/F ratio tell me? Is that an average through the pull? At peak? Etc.? Seems high for a WOT reading to me, but I'm just trying to learn here and I'm not sure what I am looking at. Maybe it is good.

BigRocsFirebird 06-15-2012 07:35 PM

thanks guys!

i'm happy what i got, i wasn't thinking about the fact i had **** wawa gas in. my tuner was laughing calling me a moron busting my balls lol but when i put sunoco in later it felt even better and smoother. he told me his car pings with wawa fuel.

i think i'm going to swap the intake manifold to a bigger one with a 90mm throttle body and long tube headers. they showed me another one and he got 473rwhp so i might do that later on. or a blower by ford so i have the warrenty still.

A/F looks right around mid to high 12s which is where most guys tune NA cars. It's a reference point in time like anything else.

JerzLT1 06-22-2012 06:12 PM
