July 2015 Meet - Sat 7/11 Duke Island Park, Bridgewater

Our annual BBQ at Duke Island Park. We think this will be a great day, so plan for it now!

We are going to do the same thing as last year, which worked really well. We are going to do a buy-in to a club supermarket purchase. This is so that we don't have overkill in some areas and deficiencies in others as well as equalizing participant contributions.

Pricing is as follows:
$10 power member prepay
$15 prepay
$20 at the gates regardless of power member status
+1's will pay the same rate as the member

As far as the menu there will be standard burger/dog/potato chip fare in addition to bbq chicken, pasta salads, veggies, beans/corn and such as our collective budget allows. If you have any special dietary requests or allergies please let us know in advance and we will do everything we can to accommodate you or your guest.

You can feel free to bring things as well, however you will still need to pay the meet fee. Any proceeds will be either used to keep the lights on here or donated to a charity.

Afterwards a number of us plan go to the Flemington Cruise Night. A two-fer!

For anyone that posts up saying 'maybe', please try to update your status a few days before the meet if possible.

update: I was able to take a half day at work, so Ill be at the Duke meet and then at the event afterwards also. I just sent the $ via paypal, not sure If it went through as a "gift" or not, but if I did it wrong let me know and I'll cover whatever fee is associated with it.

I may be a bit late - having a home inspection at a house we just put under contract, close by - but not sure how long it will take.
