they look like ASA wheels but are probably knockoffs cause i dont remember asa's having the rivets on them

I think the centercaps are removed in that picture. But either way, they may be knockoffs

Yeah I'm pretty sure they're removed. when you zoom in on original pic you can see ow everything matches up.
