Oct 2013 Meet - Sat 10/19 Flemington Speedway Historical Society Car Show

Flemington Speedway Historical Society Car Show, Lambertville
The Registration cost is $ 10.00 per car

The club is getting involved with this show to help preserve New Jersey's racing legacy. All years, cheap entry fee, food and more on site. Seems like a natural fit for us. Don't worry if your car is not 'show quality'. Roll out, support the cause.

Flemington Speedway Historical Society was created "To Preserve, Protect, and Document the History of the Flemington Fairgrounds and Speedway"

When: Saturday 10/19/12 (rain date Sun 10/20)
Time: Meet at 8:15 am; show runs 9am-3pm

Where: Flemington Speedway Historical Society Car Show
South County Park
1207 Rt 179
Lambertville, NJ

Meet Coordinator: PolarBear

We are going to meet at the combination gas station and Dunkin Donuts. It is in Ringoes on route 31/206. We will be driving down 179 to get to the Fairgrounds.

Meet here at 8:15AM. If you are late you may not be able to park with the group.

Open. PolarBear is working as meet coordinator. He is working with event staff for us to park together. We will likely meet somewhere locally and cruise in together.

sweetbmxrider 09-23-2013 07:28 AM

Looks like an easy ride out. For now, I'll say yes.

Jersey Mike 09-23-2013 07:37 AM

I'm a maybe right now, as I'm expecting to be in Atlantic City those days. However, should that change I will be there.

V 09-23-2013 09:16 AM

I'd love to go, and even my then-to-be wife said I need to go to meets, lol. However, Once I have a car to drive that I can be proud of, I'll start showing up again. Nothing like a car show to make you regret putting your hobby on hold for marriage. oh well.

PolarBear 09-23-2013 09:17 AM

I have my cousin and Uncle are going to park with us, so I have +2. I'll text Phil too

Tru2Chevy 09-23-2013 10:38 PM

I will probably come out for a couple of hours to say hi and hang out. Saturday is busy with kids sports these days....

I am going, but as a vendor this year - displaying Griot's products, Magnaflow, and our wheels. Probably not bringing the GTA unless I have someone to assist with the event.

ThoR294 09-24-2013 12:42 PM

I am 100% going, this is like 5 min from me. Might be +1 (gf, dad will be in key west OF COURSE)

I've been told it's a great show. Prob will head with my new/old car since I don't have an fbody anymore.

PolarBear 09-24-2013 04:52 PM

Car type doesn't really matter!

hey, you're not on the bend on amwell (although it may not be called amwell at that point) are you? i always pass a house with a bunch of cars in the driveway and one is a black lt1 ws6. it catches my eye because it looks like my 97 (living the good life in arizona still with only 976 miles).

The BIG Show 10-06-2013 08:52 PM
