my center console is split around the shift indicator plate see pics i tried to use gorrila glue and clamped it together but it wouldnt hold anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it??

There is only a thin film of vinyl that overlays some foam cushion. The foam underneath is what keeps pulling away. The console has deformed due to age and heat and your best bet is HAWK's or look on TGO for a replacement console.

yeah i knew that i was just trying to not buy another one until i can get a 4th gen console, thanks for your input though

you can glue it back together, i've done it before, even on my NEW NOS console i bought years ago, lasted about 1 year and started pulling apart.

what kind of glue did you use? i think thats my problem im not using the right stuff
