it is stock setup, if someone would purchase it a keyed ignition can easily be added, or I will add it for you.

I will deliver it to you as well if you need, not a problem I am not far from jersey.

As the ad states its a clear PA road title, most of these cant be titled due to the offroad only paperwork that is provided from the govt on these Humvees.
