About the car: This is my '98 Z-28, in bright purple metallic.
In 1998:
-431 were coupes and 50 were convertibles, totaling 481
-ZERO Camaro Z28s with the 1LE package came in this color
-ZERO B4C police package Camaros came in this color
-THIRTY FOUR came with the Y3F Sport Appearance Package (in other words, 34 total V6 Camaros AND Z28 Camaros in this color came with what we all call RS ground effects and spoiler add-on. RS was not available in 1998. The Y3F package was more than just ground effects for the V6 Camaros. It was P235/55R16 tires, 16" aluminum 5 spoke wheels, and then the ground effects and spoiler add-on. The Z28s already came with those wheels, so for them, it was just ground effects and spoiler add-on.)
-Of the 431 coupes, 95 were Z28s
-Of the 50 convertibles, 14 were Z28s
-This makes a total of 109 Z28s
-ZERO SSes were this color

About the car: I have owned the car for almost 18 years now as the second owner. It has a 350 crate motor with a 150 wet shot of nitrous on the TPI. Pro Built 700R4 trans recently installed September 2016 rated for 675 hp/700tq, 3.73 gears. custom 1 off built Boze forged wheels with nitto 555 tires, almost fully finished with the full UMI suspension (adjustable), 2" lowering spindles up front, adjustable shocks and struts, S&W racecars chassis subframe setup, big C4-HD 13" brakes up front and a drum-to-disc conversion using a C4-HD 12" disc setup in the rear. Dyno Don's coated headers and Hooker cat-back. MSD digital 6 ignition control box and MSD ignition components. Flame red paint, custom stripes. black interior, sport seats, big sound system, the list goes on and on and on.

About the car: Will be 7 years with this beast next month. Modifications are endless and don't plan on stopping. Currently running a 6.1L LQ9, Tranzilla T56 with a Moser 12 bolt. 18" Welds all around, CTSV II front brakes and full tubular front and rear suspension, fixed back Recaros and a custom roll bar done at 16W Fabrication.

Next month the car is undergoing surgery again getting ready for it's ERL sleeved 440ci LS2, BTR Stroker cam, TEA TrickFlow 245s, keeping the Tranzilla just adding a Mantic twin disc and MSD intake with all new everything.

Should move when it's all done.
