traction issues but still managed a new best mph with the 3.90s

Went to Atco last night to test out the 3.90 gears and tune my WOT shift points. Had some traction issues since I went on street night. Track wasnt prepped (probably bc of street night) No big tire cars in the test and tune lane, they didnt put the cone out to block the street tire cars from getting in the groove, so that was all torn up I'll have to go on a tuesday night or weekend.

Previous best with the 3.42 gears 10.93@122.87 mph 1.41 60'

best pass of the night ET wise babying it out of the hole so it wouldnt blow the tires off and

going thru the traps around 6300mph with converter locked

60' 1.55

330' 4.51

1/8 7.03 @ 97.02 mph

1000' 9.21

1/4 11.04 @ 123.42

on another pass I trapped 97.10 in the 1/8 and 123.63 in the 1/4--> New best mph. My car usually mph's higher with a better 60' too

even with traction issues, the 3.90 gear picked up nearly .5mph in the 1/8th and almost 1 full mph over my previous best. Cant wait until I get traction and see some 1.40 (or perhaps better) 60's.

I had to baby it out of the hole. Rolled into the gas pedal. It sucked so bad. Im used to putting the pedal to the metal and cutting 1.40-1.41's.
